Our 400 series fixed tooth brush mulchers
for skidsteers are designed to maintain and clear fence lines on farms and entry level contractor
work. The 400 series skidsteer mulchers come with pressure gauges which is very handy to watch and
see how close you are to maximum pressure; once you start blowing over relief the mulcher becomes
very unproductive. Our most light weight fixed tooth
brush mulcher for
skid steers. With adequate flow, the MS460
brush mulcher will efficiently cut heavy vegetation and light brush using high speed teeth. The
concave shaped carbide tip provides aggressive brush mulching action by chipping the brush bit by
bit. Part of the secret of their performance is the ease of rotating the teeth so there is always
a sharp edge to make mulching easier.
Operating a Brush Mulcher from a skid steer list probably the most comfortable way for
vegetation management, as your work is directly in front of you and new skidsteers are very
operator-comfort focused.

INTEGRATED PUSH BAR
The integrated brush bar helps control the brush and bend taller brush for easier mulching.
Adjustable skid shoes
These two position skid shoes allow you to adjust the cutting height for optimal clearing performance.
ARMOURED AND SLEEVED
Baumalight hoses are sleeved and double shielded for the operator and hose protection.
FREE BELT
All MS460 Brush Mulchers come with a free replacement belt. The belt is securely mounted on the unit in a designated Built-In Belt Storage Bay for convenient access and storage.

6 FREE TEETH
All MS560 Brush Mulchers come with a free set of 6 replacement teeth. These replacement teeth are conveniently shipped in a robust enclosed compartment on top of the frame.
HIGH SPEED TEETH
The concave shaped carbide tip of our High Speed Teeth provide aggressive cutting action by chipping the brush bit by bit. This round tooth is 3 teeth in 1. Simply loosen the lock nut and rotate the tooth to a fresh, sharp cutting edge. This can be done three times, extending the life of each tooth.
Spiral Tooth Pattern
For smoother mulching, the spiral tool pattern allows one tooth to engage at a time.
Overtorque Protection - Relief Valve
The relief valve protects the motor and the hydraulic system from pressure spikes. When an obstacle is hit the relief valves open and relieves the pressure.
REINFORCED BELT
A heavy duty reinforced belt delivers the force from the gear box to the rotor. This offers protection from the shocks inherent in mulching.
Wire Protection Kit
Protective steel cover that prevents damage from wire fencing.
Powder Coated
Our powder coat finish is much tougher than conventional paint to stand up to the rigors of mulching and helps prevent rusting.
Anti Slip Strip
For ease of entry and exit from the cab an anti-slip strip gives sure footing.
Pressure Gauge
Large PSI pressure gauge for maintaining the optimal flow that gives you a clear indication of the most efficient brush mulching performance.
Chain Curtain
The rear of the unit is guarded by a chain curtain so standing brush enters and mulched debris exits.

PRE-PRODUCTION TESTING
Test our pre-production and prototype models for deep discounts by giving us all the necessary feedback to make sure these models meet the requirements demanded in the field. No Warranty can be provided on labour but you'll receive deep discounts through our dealer network as well as a 1 year warranty on parts* only. Baumalight understands this is not for everyone, but our discount program offers many benefits and we look forward to providing full warranty versions in the future once all product testing has been completed.
*Warranty labour must be performed by end user with no further compensation other than the deep discount off the original purchase price.
