The rugged frame of the CF772 heavy-duty rotary brush cutter houses four AR400 blades featuring an 83" path width. The 1/4” steel deck is designed to stand up and perform in rough terrain while cutting trees, brush, unwanted weeds and grass. The 72" wide open mouth of this unit allows you to cut down larger trees in a sawing action.
Standard on the 700 series rotary brush cutter, the Brush Bar helps to funnel brush under the Rotary Brush Cutter to the AR400 blades. The serrated open front design of the push bar works to push the taller, heavier brush to the hardened blades, making quick work of woody brush and saplings.

As the rotating rotor mass throws the slasher blades at small diameter trees, the blade slices small sections away as the Rotary brush cutter advances forward. The curved cutting tips of the slasher blades give the Rotary brush cutter two cuts per pass of each blade. The leading tip takes a small bite and is immediately followed by the second tip taking another bite at 26–52 slashes per second with devastating results. Available in either 2 or 4 blade configurations the Rotary brush cutter’s reversible/replaceable blades are made of long lasting 1/4" AR 400 steel.
Standard on all Rotary brush cutter models is a relief valve. Set at 3,000 psi, this valve disengages the driveline if the hydraulic system pressure is too great, thereby protecting both the skidsteer and the Rotary Brush Cutter.
The Rotary brush cutter uses a bevel gearbox capable of handling up to 90HP for final drive output. More durable than conventional direct drive setups, these gearboxes prevent shocks from cutting being passed to the drive motor.
Standard on all Rotary brush cutter models is Hose Armour. This is a tough wrap which coils around the hoses and protects them from the harsh environment of brush cutting. The armour helps to prevent any punctures from fallen brush or trees.
Crafted from 1/4" AR 400 steel, the unique profile of the slasher blades provides increased cutting surface. The blade’s thin reversible profile continuously provides a sharp edge.
To secure slasher blades to the blade assembly, Baumalight uses Gr. 8 bolts capped off with castle nuts and cotter pins. The blade mount uses a fully welded collar to drop the blade; this spacing helps to reduce the blade from binding while in operation.
A heavy duty chain curtain reduces discharge of debris. Unlike traditional chain curtains Baumalight’s Rotary brush cutter utilizes a curtain rod setup that is free of welds. This setup allows the chain to absorb the impacts and places less strain on the welded link for longer curtain life.
Designed for easy service, the four-way models feature a heavy-duty rotor with four fixed extensions. Each extension is finished off with a slasher blade. This configuration is capable of providing up to 52 slashes per second.
All CF572 Rotary brush cutter come with a free set of replacement blades on a new purchase. These replacement blades are conveniently secured on the wooden shipping skid.
Using a 3/4" top plate and a 3/8" bottom plate, this heavy duty rotor sandwiches the four–way blade assembly in place.
To protect the output shaft from impact or contamination caused by debris, each model of Rotary brush cutter is finished off with a heavy-duty output shaft shield.
Heavy-duty construction and a durable powder-coated finish.
The open front with push bar provides extra control against thick brush and the felling of trees, while the teeth hold the brush as the blades chew it up from below.
Extra traction from anti-slip strips provides improved safety as well as ease of entry and exit from the cab.

Available in 4 blade configurations the Rotary brush cutter’s reversible/replaceable blades are made of long lasting 1/2" AR 400 steel.
The CF772 Rotary Brush Cutter's blade is mounted on an overhung load adapter, which is designed with tapered roller bearings and built to stand up to the rigors of sawing limbs and trees. The overhung load adapter keeps the blade spinning in the toughest trimming conditions.
Built for the long haul, CF772 has removable panel for easier access and servicing.

CF772 uses 3/4" heavy duty circular rotor designed with unique serrated edges. Serrated edge on the rotor helps to increase the mulching action and it also protects the load adaptor bearing setup.
Our Industry leading bent axis piston motors make the most efficient use of your hydraulic flow and pressure for pruning, trimming and land clearing. Built to last, these reliable motors can double the power of your output flow.
To prevent pressure relief activation on the motor seal, the rotary brush cutter CF772 comes with a case drain line and a vent to atmosphere relief valve. In the event there is a spike in pressure in your hydraulic lines, the case drain will relieve the pressure and drain it back into the return line and back to the tank. If the connection of the case drain (third line) is missed or if the line is blocked, then the case drain will vent to notify you. A properly installed case drain protected by a vent to atmosphere relief valve will save the work of replacing your shaft seal and save you from down time of unexpected maintenance.
