FLAIL TEETH

Currently available on our 200 Series Brush Fire mulchers, these flail type cutters are an economic and efficient way to beat back heavy vegetation and light to moderate brush.Ideally suited for small carriers, these flails provide good cutting performance and great mulching. Bolt-on replaceable for quick and easy servicing, even in the field.

Upgrade to our Heavy Blade Teeth and instantly increase your mulching capacity. These upgraded heavy duty blade teeth are 6mm thick and will allow you to double your brush size mulching capacity without any other equipment adjustments required.

GREEN TEETH

The concave shaped carbide tip provides aggressive brush mulching action by chipping the brush bit by bit. Part of the secret of their performance is always having a sharp edge to make mulching easier. These round carbide tipped teeth are 3 teeth in one. Just loosen the lock nut, turn the tooth, tighten and tear back into the brush. It takes only seconds to sharpen the tooth this way and the tooth can be rotated up to three times. This gives you 3 times the wear, letting you tear into brush 3 times longer. Being bolt-on replaceable makes servicing quick and easy without special tools and can be done in the field.

RIPPER AND PLANER TEETH

The 500 Series teeth come in two brush hungry carbide tipped styles, Planer and Ripper. The Planer style teeth feed their appetite for brush bit by bit, taking small bites and providing the most efficient mulching and cutting. The Ripper style teeth have more of a shredding mulching action. Their v-shaped design makes them less susceptible to impacts with hard objects like stones, making them the better choice when mulching below grade and in fence lines. Both styles are Bolt-on replaceable for quick and easy servicing and replacement even in the field. 500 series teeth are V-Notched to work with the carbon hardened tooth holders.

RIPPER AND PLANER TEETH

The 700 Series teeth are available in either Ripper or Planer style. The carbide Ripper tooth is the perfect general use tooth, their v-shaped design shreds through brush unforgivingly and makes them less vulnerable in areas plagued by rocks and debris. The 700 Series Planer style tooth provides the most efficient cutting by smoothly chipping away at the brush. It’s flat profile however makes it vulnerable to shattering on impact with rocks and other debris. So it is only recommended for cutting applications where efficiency is more important than tooth life.

CUP & CONE

Unique to the 700 Series teeth, is the Cup and Cone mount which is machined into the holder and forged into the teeth. Engineered to take all the strain off the mounting bolt eliminating shearing forces. Keeping your teeth in place ready to chew up the brush.
